Services

Ontario Heroes volunteers offer counselling support, system navigation and service coordination along with referrals and linkages to health, legal, social, and employment services. We navigate the client to one of our partner agencies, or refer to publicly funded programs based on their city of residence for ongoing professional support all across Ontario.

There are no fees for the services provided, and we provide an intake assessment within 48-72 hours.

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals receiving ongoing Home care service or case management services through any of the publicly funded agencies such as Child protection agencies, Mental Health service providers, Home and Community care service providers, Developmental service providers, and admitted to Hospital or Emergency Department.
Individuals residing in a Long term care home, Shelter, Assisted living unit, group home and retirement home.
