Counselling service

OH offers free, private and confidential Virtual Counselling for Children, youth, Adolescents, individuals, couples and families struggling with various concerns. Volunteers work with clients to develop personalized strategies and solutions that help to promote hope and wellness. Supportive counselling/therapy uses a person’s strengths and social supports to help them focus on coping with current issues. The focus is on the present, as opposed to the past.

Services are linguistically and culturally sensitive for the clients. We navigate the client to one of our partner agencies or refer to publicly funded programs based on their city of residence for ongoing professional support all across Ontario.
