Yoga Mindfulness and Meditation

Ontario Heroes launched the Yoga and Mindfulness program on June 19, 2021.
This program is lead by Rashmi Ahuja, a registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Yoga instructor, and a volunteer of Ontario Heroes. 
Rashmi has been teaching classical yoga for the last ten years. Through this program, you will be able to greatly improve your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing while increasing your mindfulness. 
Ontario Heroes plans to conduct one Yoga session on a monthly basis. The frequency of the future sessions will be reviewed and announced based on the feedback from participants.
