Through this service Ontario Heroes aims at bringing out a positive change in the lives of people who are suffering from the problems of obesity in the society. With the support of our dedicated and generous volunteers we are hopeful in organizing effective programs for this targeted population. People with age 18 and above are eligible to apply for this program.

• Address the social stigma associated with obesity through various awareness campaigns.

• Provide resources for prevention, management, and treatment.

• Offer bi-weekly group therapy assistance.
