Ontario Heroes Health and Social Services is a registered non-profit organization that provides services to the Canadian community, (including Canadian citizens and residents, new immigrants, refugees, visitors, and students). We provide a number of voluntary services and are bound by Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) 2004. All your communications are safe and confidential with us.

Our organization supports the Ontario Health and Social service System by providing system navigation. We liaise with a plethora of experts, such as public health care providers, primary care physicians, community service providers and many more for service coordination.

We offer language services in: Arabic, Bosnian, English, French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Portuguese, Punjabi, Serbian, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamil and Telugu.

How we help

With a diverse group of people from different places and cultures, we bring a unique perspective to everything we do with the identity of Ontario Heroes.

Individuals

Citizens, newcomers and students in Canada can access tools, training, one-one-one mentorship programs etc to support your integration into the community. We also make it easier for anyone who wants to raise money for a cause, by supporting and guiding.

We liaise with public health care providers, primary care physicians, home and
community service providers to support the community through services navigation and care coordination.

We offer an opportunity for companies to enhance their corporate giving strategy and support the Ontario community through mentorships, internships, co-op etc.

Our Volunteers

Ontario Heroes is a team of volunteers with diverse professional background, and from all around Canada.

Our team has Doctors, Frontline Health Care Workers, Social Workers, Allied Health Care Workers, Lawyers, Teachers, IT Professionals, Engineers, Administrative Professionals, Domestic & International Students, Entrepreneurs and Supporters from many other professions. And the list is growing!
