Welcome to Ontario Heroes Health and Social Services!  

Ontario Heroes was founded with a passion for helping those in need and fostering unity, support, and empowerment within our diverse Canadian community, especially during the challenges of the COVID pandemic. My vision was to create a platform where individuals and professionals could come together to share their knowledge and expertise on a pro-bono basis, helping to overcome systemic barriers. As a social worker, I have learned that true change comes when we uplift others and our communities by sharing our resources and skills.

Our mission is simple: we aim to foster social and health equity by providing services ranging from volunteer support to health, legal, and social assistance. What sets Ontario Heroes apart is our holistic approach—we don’t just meet immediate needs; we empower individuals to build lasting resilience by connecting them with resources, leadership opportunities, and supportive networks. Our efforts also complement existing Canadian health, legal, and social services, aligning with sustainable development goals to create a better, more inclusive society.
