Yoga and Mindfulness session

Ontario Heroes will be launching our Yoga and Mindfulness program on June 19, 2021, to celebrate International Yoga Day which falls on June 21, 2021.
This program will be led by Rashmi Ahuja, a registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator,  Certified Yoga instructor, and a volunteer of Ontario Heroes. 
Rashmi has been teaching classical yoga for the last ten years. Through this program, you will be able to greatly improve your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing while increasing your mindfulness. 
The first session will be conducted online on Saturday, June 19, 2021, from 4:00 PM-5:00 PM EST via Zoom. 
As of now, Ontario Heroes plan to conduct one Yoga session on monthly basis. The frequency and schedule of future sessions will be reviewed and announced based on the feedback from participants.
